Free Shredding Event In Support OF Toys For Tots Columbia SC Dec 7 2023

Shred360 and First Community Bank are collecting toys again this year. Please come out a support this great cause. We are teaming up to help give gifts to children in need.

We will be partnering with the United States Marine Corps Reserve to benefit their annual Toys for Tots program. The primary goal of Toys for Tots is to deliver, through a new toy at Christmas, a message of hope to less fortunate youngsters that will assist them in becoming responsible, productive, patriotic citizens.

The event location:

140 Crouch Commercial Court Irmo SC 29063.

The event will be from 10:00AM – 12:00Noon.

Items acceptable for shredding – paper documents, (includes personal mail). Staples, paper clips, binders, and notebooks can be shredded with material. Hazardous waste, and/or electronics will not be accepted.

Attendees can bring up to 3 file boxes or 3 kitchen trash bags of material.

What: Free Document Shredding and Toys For Tots Collection/Donation

When: Thursday, December 7th, 2023 from 10 am-12 noon

Why: To provide the consumers of SC with a free public service, and to support the Toys for Tots program! Attendees are asked to bring one (or More..) new unwrapped toy for a donation to this wonderful cause. The participants can bring up to 3 boxes or bags of documents to be shredded.

We will be accepting toys (new, unwrapped toys) and monetary donations at this event. Donations may be tax deductible, and are greatly appreciated.
